Before you start
Before using the PRO Plan features, make sure your Instagram account is correctly connected to the platform.
It is also recommended to plan which automations will be used for lead capture, support, and content distribution, so you can make better use of the limit of up to 10 available automations.

Understanding the available features
When you activate the PRO Plan, you will have access to the following features:
- Unlimited contacts.
- Unlimited interactions.
- Up to 10 active automations.

Creating multiple automations
Access the automations menu and create different flows for each objective in your strategy.
You can configure specific automations for comments, direct messages, replies to Stories, and promotional campaigns, keeping each flow organized independently.
Using data collection
During an automated conversation, you can request important information from users, such as name, email, or phone number.
This data is stored in the platform’s contacts, making segmentation and future marketing and sales actions easier.
Tracking results with TrackLinks
TrackLinks allow you to monitor how many people clicked each link sent through your automations.
This feature helps identify which campaigns generate more interest and which strategies perform better.
Configuring Global Automation

Features not available in the PRO Plan
The PRO Plan does not include some advanced features available in higher plans, such as:
- Follower validation.
- “Saved Contact” condition in automation flows.
If your strategy depends on these features, you will need to use a plan that offers advanced contact qualification and segmentation resources.
If something does not work
I cannot create new automations
Check whether the limit of 10 automations has already been reached. If you have reached the limit, you will need to remove old automations or upgrade your plan.
Lead data is not being saved
Confirm whether the data capture steps were configured correctly inside the flow and whether the information is being stored in the appropriate variables.
Link clicks do not appear in the reports
Check whether the link used was created through the TrackLinks feature. Only trackable links generated by the platform will have their metrics recorded.
AI is not replying to comments
Check whether the AI comment automation is active and correctly linked to the desired post.
