Free Plan: How the InfluenciMax Basic Plan Works

Overview

The InfluenciMax Free Plan was designed so you can get to know the platform and start automating your Instagram interactions at no cost. With it, you can create your first automation and test how automatic replies work in comments, direct messages, and Stories.

Even though it is a free version, the plan offers enough resources to start organizing your support interactions and increase the response speed to your followers.

Before you start

Before using the Free Plan, check whether your Instagram account is already connected correctly to InfluenciMax.

Remember that this plan allows you to create only one active automation at a time. If you need advanced features, you will need to upgrade to a higher plan.

Step by step

Understanding the available features

When you activate the Free Plan, you will have access to the following features:

• Up to 1 active automation.
• Unlimited contacts.
• Unlimited interactions.
• Creation of basic automations.
• Automatic replies via Direct.
• Automatic replies in comments.
• Automatic replies through Stories.

Creating your first automation

1. Access the automations menu inside the platform and click to create a new automation.
2. Configure a simple trigger, such as a keyword in comments, direct messages, or replies to Stories.
3. Define the message that will be sent automatically when the user performs the configured action.
4. Save and publish your automation to start receiving interactions.

Managing your interactions

All users who interact with your automation will be registered in the system, allowing you to monitor automation performance and the number of interactions generated.

Because the plan includes unlimited interactions, you can test your strategy without worrying about usage limits.

Features not available in the Free Plan

The Free Plan does not include some advanced platform features, such as:

• TrackLinks.
• Name data collection.
• Email data collection.
• Phone data collection.
• Follower validation.
• “Saved Contact” condition in automation flows.

If your strategy requires lead capture, advanced segmentation, or more complex automations, we recommend evaluating the higher plans.

If something does not work

I cannot create more than one automation

The Free Plan allows only one active automation at a time. To use multiple automations simultaneously, you will need to move to another plan.

My automation is not replying

Check whether the automation was published correctly and whether the configured trigger is being used exactly as defined.

I cannot capture emails or phone numbers

Data collection is not available in the Free Plan. To use this feature, you will need to subscribe to a plan that includes contact information capture.
