Overview
The Live Comment automation in InfluenciMax allows you to automatically reply to users who comment during an Instagram live broadcast and then send a message in Direct.
With this feature, you can start support conversations, deliver links, share information, or continue the relationship with your audience automatically during the live.

Before you start
Before configuring the automation, check whether:
- Your Instagram account is correctly connected to InfluenciMax.
- You have access to the platform Dashboard.
- The account is able to run live broadcasts on Instagram.
Step by step
Creating a new automation
In the InfluenciMax Dashboard, click Create Automation to open the flow editor.
Accessing the Live Comment block
Inside the editor, locate the Live Comment block and select this option.
This block will identify comments made during a live broadcast automatically and start the automation.
Configuring the next step
After adding the Live Comment block, click Next Step.
Now choose which actions will run when a user comments on the live.
You can add any available step in the platform, such as:
- Send a message in Direct.
- Share a link.
- Deliver a coupon.
- Send the user to another flow.
- Start an automated support flow.
The Direct message will be sent automatically after the user comments during the broadcast.
Finishing the automation
After configuring all desired steps, connect the last action to the End block.
When the flow reaches the End block, the automation will finish after running all configured actions.
How it works during the live
When a user comments during the live broadcast:
- InfluenciMax identifies the comment.
- The automation starts automatically.
- The flow runs the configured steps.
- The user receives the programmed message in Direct.
The entire process happens automatically, without needing to reply manually to each comment.
If something does not work
The automation did not start
Check:
- Whether the automation was published.
- Whether the Instagram account is connected correctly.
- Whether the Live Comment block was used as the start of the flow.
The message did not arrive in Direct
Confirm:
- Whether there is a message-sending step in the flow.
- Whether the step is correctly connected after the Live Comment block.
- Whether all changes were saved before publishing.
The flow did not reach the end
Review:
- Whether all steps are connected correctly.
- Whether the last step is connected to the End block.
- Whether there are disconnected blocks in the automation.
Expected result
With the Live Comment automation configured in InfluenciMax, whenever a user comments during a live broadcast, the platform will automatically respond according to the created flow and send a message in Direct.
This allows you to automate support, increase engagement, and maintain fast and efficient communication with your audience during lives.
