Overview
InfluenciMax's Live Comment automation lets you start a flow when a user comments during an Instagram live broadcast.
From the comment, the automation can execute the actions configured in the flow, such as sending a Direct message, sharing information, delivering a link or coupon, and continuing the service automatically.

Before you start
Before configuring the automation, make sure that:
- your Instagram account is correctly connected to InfluenciMax;
- you have access to the Automations area;
- the account is able to run live broadcasts on Instagram.
Step by step
- Create a new automation. Go to the InfluenciMax Automations area and choose the option to create a new automation. Start building the flow using the options available on the platform.
- Select Live Comment. In the editor, select Live Comment as the start of the automation. This trigger identifies comments made during a live broadcast and starts the configured flow.
- Configure the next step. After adding Live Comment, connect the trigger to the action that should occur after the comment. Depending on the goal of the flow, you can configure actions such as sending a Direct message, sharing a link, delivering a coupon, directing the user to another step in the flow, or starting automated service. The configured action will run when the user's comment starts the automation.
- Finish the automation. After configuring the desired steps, review the flow connections and connect the last action to the End block when applicable. Save the changes and leave the automation ready to use.
How it works during the live broadcast
When a user comments during the live broadcast:
- InfluenciMax identifies the comment;
- the corresponding automation starts;
- the flow executes the configured actions;
- the user receives the message or continues through the other steps defined in the automation.
The entire process occurs automatically according to the structure created in the flow.

If something does not work
The automation did not start
Check:
- whether the automation is active;
- whether the correct Instagram account is connected;
- whether Live Comment was used as the start of the flow.
The message did not reach Direct
Confirm:
- that a message-sending action is connected to the trigger;
- that the steps are connected correctly;
- that the changes made to the flow were saved.
The flow did not reach the end
Review all automation connections and confirm that the actions have a valid continuation through the End block when it is part of the created structure.
Expected result
With the Live Comment automation configured, comments made during a live broadcast can automatically start the corresponding flow.
From there, InfluenciMax will execute the actions defined in the automation, allowing the interaction to continue through Direct and the other configured steps.
