How do I start using InfluenciMax?
After creating your account, connect your Instagram and choose an automation template (comments, DM, stories). In a few minutes you can activate a bot.
Why isn't my bot responding?
Usually it's due to one of these reasons: expired token, bot paused, trigger without configured keywords (or negative words blocking), or lack of Instagram permissions. If you want, describe the case in the form and we'll check it for you.
How long does it take to get a response?
We usually reply the same business day. At peak times it can take up to 24h.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. You can adjust the plan at any time. If you have trouble, send your request in the form with the account email.
